With more than 26 years of experience, Kevin Flood, a retired Special Agent from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), has served in various roles within the agency in Phoenix, Detroit, and The Hague, Netherlands. Kevin’s expertise lies in investigating and dismantling covert drug labs. In his role as a Supervisory Special Agent, he oversaw DEA Tactical Diversion Squads and led a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) group. Kevin has educated numerous individuals on the risks associated with clandestine labs and synthetic opioids, working with organizations like the DEA, FBI, HIDTA, and military units. Since leaving the DEA, Kevin has focused on teaching about Fentanyl safety, club drugs, and drug detection equipment. Currently, he serves as a Technical Specialist at First Line Technology, offering support and training to customers.
Corey Collings
Director of Research, Development,
Testing, and Evaluation

Corey Collings is an experienced leader with two decades of varied experience in the military, law enforcement, and hazardous materials management fields. Currently holding the position of Director of Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation at First Line Technology, Corey leads cutting-edge projects and supervises training programs worldwide. His knowledge covers hazardous material handling, large-scale casualty evacuation, and synthetic opioids. Corey’s broad background in the military and police sectors, focusing on explosive hazards, CBRN response, and technical rescue, enhances his expertise even further. Corey developed the successful Hybrid Decon Train-the-Trainer program and collaborated with industry specialists to establish a unique training program focused on Fentanyl Remediation and Response for remediation professionals. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, Corey also completed advanced studies in Counter-Terrorism.
Doug Huffmaster

After spending 20 years with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, Doug Huffmaster retired as a founding Sergeant of the ARMOR Team. He is a certified Bomb Technician, having completed training at the FBI Hazardous Devices School, and also served as a CBRN NCO in the U.S. Army. Currently, Doug is a Radiological Response Instructor for CTOS and is a Certified Trainer for chemical device analysis companies such as 908 Devices and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
