Julie Cincotti

Global Head of Human Resources

Julie Cincotti is Global Head of Human Resources, having joined 908 Devices in August 2026, and is responsible for shaping and executing an enterprise-wide people strategy that strengthens organizational capability, accelerates growth, and advances business performance. 

Julie brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across venture-backed startups, private equity–backed businesses, and global public companies. She most recently served as Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Flagship Pioneering, and prior to that, as Vice President, Human Resources at Karyopharm Therapeutics.

Julie’s focus is building high-performing organizations and translating business priorities into scalable people strategies that enable companies and their employees to thrive. She received her bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and is currently enrolled in the CHRO Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
