This presentation explores how modern portable technologies strengthen field operations across the spectrum, from low-concentration trace detection to direct
bulk material and precursor identification.
High-pressure mass spectrometry (HPMS) provides highly sensitive identification of explosive residues and trace contaminants at low concentrations, supporting early recognition of energetic signatures. For bulk materials and precursor chemicals, Raman and FTIR spectroscopy deliver direct chemical characterization, supported by advanced spectral processing and intelligent algorithms that translate complex signatures into clear, actionable results.
