Mark Levine

Chief Legal and Administrative Officer

Mark Levine is Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, having joined 908 Devices in December 2025, and brings more than 28 years of corporate, securities and governance experience to the role. Previously, Mark served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Immunovant, Inc., leading legal and compliance affairs for a clinical-stage immunology company. Prior to that, he held General Counsel and Corporate Secretary roles at Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. (acquired by Pacira BioSciences, Inc.) and at Minerva Neurosciences, Inc.

Mark also held senior legal positions at athenahealth, Inc., Clinical Data, Inc., Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., and Xpedior Incorporated. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Binghamton University, SUNY, and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
